General Instructions:

• All Health Checks are conducted by Prior Appointments, for Appointments, kindly call +9189305-82001.
• On Arrival, you are requested to report to front desk at 08:00 am, for your convenience & faster processing.
• Please come on over night 10-12hr fasting, do not drink Coffee/Tea, however, you may drink water.
• Kindly bring a sample of urine & stool in a clean sterilized container; you may collect this from the hospital.
• In case you are taking any medication, please bring your prescriptions/medication.
• Please do not take any Anti-Diabetic medication (including Insulin) before giving fasting blood sample.
• If you are Diabetic/Cardiac/Pregnant/Likely to be pregnant, please inform physician and phlebotomist.
• Pregnant ladies or those suspecting pregnancy should not undergo X-ray, CT, Bone Densitometry and TMT.
• You may require changing clothes frequently, you may feel more comfortable in loose clothes, easily removable footwear.
